Mantra Night

Mantra Night is a laid-back, weekly event, filled with live music meditation (Kirtan) and great food! That’s right – you can enjoy a freshly prepared plant-based dinner, drink & dessert after the evening’s activities.

What is Kirtan? 

When we practice mantra meditation (Kirtan), the sound we produce is not inert material sound, but of a transcendental nature. It acts like an alarm clock, awakening us to our original state of consciousness.

Although authentic metaphysical sound vibrations may seem like any other sound, Vedic mantras originate from outside of the material world and these ancient and sacred mantras lift us above the influence of the material world - connecing us again to our source of happiness and peace.

Through sacred sound inherent in mantra-meditation, we begin to catch glimpses of our indwelling spirit, while also gradually opening ourselves up to a relationship with our original, divine source.
